We offer 3 days returns and exchange policy, We work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, colour or design simply return/exchange the product within 3 days of receipt of the order.
Return Process
Click on Return/Exchange Link with your Order Number under the Return/Exchange Centre section on our website.
The company provides you an opportunity to Return, Refund or Exchange the product purchase on the website of evoraeyewear.com. If you meet the following criteria-
1. The request for return, exchange or refund should be raised within 3 days of the receipt/delivery of the products through our website.
2. The price tag, other identification tag, the invoice and the original packing must be intact and sent back;
3. The product should not have been used or damaged or having scratches that diminish the value of the product in any manner.
4. Ensure that return package should be properly sealed and sent to the Company. If product is found damaged by any way same will be resent to you and not considered for return or refund purpose.
5. The return product will be checked by our experts and after the checking we will proceed further.
6. The refund amount will exclude the shipping charges and any other cost in respect to rechecking of the product by the expert.
7. In case of exchange on COD orders, the shipping charge will be excluded.
8. The refund amount (only on PREAPID Orders) will be initiated within 2-3 working days after confirmation from our expert that the product is delivered intact and after deduction of charges applicable.
9. The reverse pickup and sending the replacement product takes, usually 5-7 working days.
Disclaimer* We understand that at time size or any other concern can be the reason for exchange. So, we do offer the same, but kindly note EXCHNAGE PROCESS is a time taking process which usually takes 10-15 working days to dispatch the replacement order.
Exchange Policy
• We provide a free exchange on all orders within 3 days of receipt of order
• In case of exchange/ return's, no offer's /discounts will be applicable. (Exchange will be processed on MRP - price mentioned on website at the time of exchange).
• No return/ refund/ exchange applicable on orders where discount or any other promotional coupon applicable
• Credit note / Gift card is not applicable if applying any promotional offer.
• We do not accept any return/ refund /exchange on Storage box/ Sunglasses leather case pack or any other accessories.
• No REFUNDS/ EXCHNAGE/RETURN applicable on order (products) worth Rs 600/- or lesser value.
**** At the time of exchange , if none of our Logistic partner provides the pickup , the customer has to send back to us ( shipping will be borne by us - as per actuals ) within 2 days of information
Refund Policy
Our refund process is as follows: -
• You may opt for Credit note (GIFT CARD)** for the amount paid or get refund for the amount after paying a fee Rs. 200/- as the convenience fee. The same will be deducted from the original payment and the balance will be credited back. (apply to Prepaid orders only)
• In case of orders where payment has been made through Cash on delivery(COD),you may opt for credit note*** ( less shipping charges). or exchange with any other product. NO BANK ACCOUNTS REFUNDS (cash/ account transfer) APPLICABLE
• If a wrong or damaged product is sent back to us by the customer, we will not accept the return / exchange or send you the wrong product back.
• No Return/Refunds/Exchanges on Promotional offers/ any other offer/discounted orders.
• Once a product is exchanged & delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
• In case wrong / faulty product is delivered to the customer, inform us within 24hrs of delivery and we will arrange the pickup from our end. The same will be picked up within 24-48hrs of receiving the request.
• Once the order reaches us , we will arrange to send the original product. Also note in case logistic partner do not serves the customer location for REVERSE, customer need to send from their end through SPEEDPOST.
• In case wrong lens-based order is received, we will get it replaced with correct one. No refunds applicable on this basis.
• Once the product is picked up, we will arrange to send the original product from our side. The delivery of the same will be processed within 3-5 working days.
• In case of tampered packaging at the time of delivery, we request you not to accept the order and inform us on
• We at EVORA EyeWear have the right to cancel any order, under few circumstances without any prior notice. The refund of the same will be initiated within 2-3 working days and will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
• In case of cancellation from the customer's side or after the order is processed/ dispatched, convenience fee will be charged as per the policy (Rs200/- in case of Prepaid orders)
Disclaimer* If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Disclaimer* If a wrong item is sent from customer's end, we held no responsibility. We will process the order of exchange / refund only when our product is received. The reverse shipping charges of return of the wrong item will be borne by customer only (if receipt of the wrong product is confirmed from our end)
* In case the customer ship's the order from their end, connivance charge of Rs 200/- will be waived off. (Prepaid Orders only)
**Credit note is the gift card issued to the customer's wallet which can be redeemed within 1 year of its issue valid over the next purchase. The same can be used for any other frames available on our website.
Disclaimer ** We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few users/accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. We urge you to make a unboxing video before opening of any order and if you find item in a condition that is Physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on evoraeyewear.com, send us the unboxing video on mail/ WhatsApp within 5 hours of product(s) received so that we can investigate the matter at the earliest. Also, no refunds, return/exchange can be processed in such cases.(Only same product will be dispatched)
Note :
1. No Return/Exchange/Refund on prescription-based orders (lens).
2. Once a product is exchanged & delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order
