At EVORA EyeWear, we strive to ensure that your products reach you in the fastest possible time frame. All our products are tailor made for customers and the process includes multi-level quality checks & sanitisation for a safe & secure dispatch every time.
You will also receive confirmation via Email/SMS once your orders are dispatched from our warehouse. The base timelines are given below:

Post-dispatch, the delivery timelines slightly vary as per the city you are in. The same is given below in the form of a table.
The standard delivery is 2-10 working days, depending upon the location as under few cases/ circumstances it might reach early or may take more time than usual( which is beyond our logistic partner's control)

Express Shipping T&Cs: -
- Express shipping is applicable only on Prepaid orders
- Valid on all power ranges
- Delivery timelines start post prescription confirmation
- Mentioned date is tentative & subject to change.
Mode of Shipping:
- We’ve partnered with third party logistic service providers to manage product delivery. There may be certain areas / pin codes where the logistic partners have less reach/network. Hence, we urge our customers to check their pin code for serviceability at the time of order placement.
- Customers are requested to provide accurate, complete and correct shipping address aided with identifiable landmark for a hassle-free delivery. In failure of the same, the delivery & its timeline might get affected. In case the delay arises due customer’s unavailability / incorrect or incomplete details etc. EVORA EyeWear will not be held liable for the same at any given point in time.
- Certain conditions might result in delayed deliveries e.g.: Political restrictions/disruptions, Logistic issues/technicalities beyond the purview of EVORA EyeWear, Unsuitable weather, & other unforeseen circumstances.
- EVORA EyeWear shall make reasonable efforts to inform customers about the anticipated delay (if any) via Email / SMS.
- Post order dispatch, the customers are provided with a valid AWB / tracking number, that may / may not be subject to inconsistencies of time-lags arising at the end of the logistic partner.
Convenience Fee:
EVORA EyeWear provides Free Shipping on all Prepaid Orders*.
A charge of Rs.99 will be levied on orders placed via Cash on Delivery option.
